LIGO GRUPA d.o.o., a renowned company with 30 years of experience in manufacturing aluminum structures, is implementing an innovative business digital transformation project co-funded by the European Union. The total project value amounts to €155,869.50, with €73,578.49 allocated as non-repayable grants.
The project, carried out under the "Non-Refundable Grants for Digitization" call within the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, began in June 2023 and will run until January 2025. Its objective is to enhance business processes and increase the company’s competitiveness by acquiring advanced software and hardware solutions and providing employee training.
The project includes the procurement of ERP and DMS systems, software for manufacturing architectural joinery and managing CNC machines, as well as CAD tools for design. Alongside software, computer equipment and servers essential for implementing the solutions are also being acquired. Employee training ensures their readiness to work with new technologies, contributing to business optimization.
The project’s implementation has already shown positive results, including faster data processing, increased productivity, reduced operational costs, and strengthened positions in both domestic and international markets.
This project is crucial for the company’s continued growth and development and its adaptation to modern market demands. Its successful preparation and execution were made possible through excellent collaboration between the company’s owner, who has an in-depth understanding of the company’s current situation and future needs, and Fine'sa Consultings d.o.o., an external consulting team with extensive knowledge and relevant experience.
